Refund Policy

• Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of the service delivery date. We will work with you to address any concerns and determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate.

• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as custom advertising campaigns and consulting fees, are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

• Unique Approach: Unlike many agencies, Gentle Renegades does not require annual contract agreements. We believe in performance driven by good planning, healthy communication, and strong relationships, avoiding the pitfalls of rigid contractual bindings.

Cancellation Policy

• Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice to Gentle Renegades, LLC.

• Cancellation Fees: If a service is canceled after work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.

• Offboarding Period: A 30-day offboarding period is required for service cancellations. This period allows us to properly train clients on managing the campaign created, as well as to disconnect tools, data, and any owned proprietary media.

• Notice Period: We require a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next billing period for any discontinuation of services.
